You may be about to spend a quarter of a million dollars or more on a home. As your real estate agent, my top priority is to protect you in this process and ensure that your real estate needs are met. I am committed to your overall satisfaction and want to make sure your home buying experience exceeds your expectations. I’ll be putting my bachelor’s degree in real estate and 35 years of experience to work for you.
There are many things to consider when purchasing a home. Some of the home-buying steps include:
Getting pre-qualified for a mortgage. Making sure your’e getting not only the right loan for your situation, but also a fair and honest deal with an experienced loan officer that gets loans funded.
Searching for properties. I can send you properties that meet your criteria or perhaps you enjoy searching on your own. Either way we’ll work together and find you homes that meet your needs and budget.
Visiting & viewing properties. Once we have a list of properties, I’ll set showing appointments and choose a route that maximizes our valuable time.
Now that we found the right home we have to write a successful contract that gets you the best deal, but also protects you during the purchase process. Once a contract is accepted I’ll arrange to open escrow.
During the escrow I’ll help you choose Home & Termite inspectors and set appointments
Closing the deal takes the coordination of several disciplines and people; I’ll be there to manage the process and keep it all together.
Buying a home shouldn’t be confusing or intimidating. I enjoy educating my clients and will spend the time necessary so that you understand all of the steps required to closing on a home. You will know what will be expected of you and have all of your real estate questions answered. Many things in life are vexing enough, buying a home doesn’t need to be one of them.
